there was the body. Ritual Hands drawn from
ancient martial disciplines where hands served
as expressions of dual intent: control and
power, balance and strike. Left Hand: External
Style (Waijia Quan) — form, visible motion,
externalized strength. Right Hand: Internal
Style (Neijia Quan) — breath, rhythm, Qi.
Not divided but intertwined. My form is the
shell. My breath is the spirit. My keystrokes
are kata.
